Am I being too paranoid about HIV?

Ok I've been really paranoid about having caught HIV the last couple of days. About 5 months ago I gave and received with a female at a party. I'm male. I have only had one ual partner aside from this and it was a serious relationship. About a week and a half after that I got really sick with high fever. I found a sore on my and was tested for everything. Turns out I have genital HSV-1 which is . I've had a pretty tough time dealing with that. Lately Ive been paranoid about having HIV. My outbreaks from the have been constant since my diagnosis. I have lost a few pounds. (I usually weigh around 170 and now I'm around 160) I read up on HIV symptoms and saw rash was a symptom. I do have what looks like a rash on my upper arms but I think I might have had it for a while. I also get sores in my mouth and I think I might have a yeast infection in my mouth. Is it possible that I have HIV? Please help I'm been getting myself so worked up.
