Dark figure on my ceiling?

i moved into a new appartment with my fiance. in our bedroom i noticed, as did she, a dark shapeless figure that traverses the ceiling several times then stops and seems to fade out of the door. any ideas on what it could be? for the record i do not feel anything out of the ordinary.... no fear, discontent, horror, nothing. almost as if it is normal.
