Maximum share of black money is invested by MPs and MLAs of all political parties. The goverment is a collection of MPs and MLAs (thieves) and there is no police there to bell the cat. Instead we ( people like press, judges) can ask wikileak for pwords of the accounts, steal it and share it. There is no other possible way.
