Is it safe to consume DXM after recently taking an SNRI medication?

Is anybody aware of any unsafe interactions between DXM with an SNRI medication? I have actually been off an SNRI medication for almost a week but i need to be aware if there would be any unsafe interaction if I happened to take DXM. Please and thank you :-)
