Am I underpaid? Baker 20 years?

I've been a baker with a small but profitable business for twenty years now. They have a decent 401k plan but after all this time they pay me $13.25 per hour. I make a variety of things, from yeast donuts and bread to various pastries and coffee cakes on up to decorating wedding cakes. Should I 'shop around' for better options?
