Vintage Hollywood Wedding?

I am getting married next summer. The venue for our wedding is on a beach in Tahoe. My fiancee and I have thrown around the idea of having a vintage Hollywood themed wedding - red, black and white. He would wear a black tux or suite with a red vest and possibly have a mohawk and wear red converse. I would wear a dress with a red sash to match. Does anyone have any ideas on how to link this with our waterfront/beach venue? Any good ideas/links for dress styles, hairstyles, ceremony and reception decor, etc.? Thanks.
