Do you think that these people who utters frofane words agaist you can be charge agaist a crime ?

Is there a case against profane words in the united states like **** YOU!, , among others. Can a person be charged with grave oral defamation? I see people are just saying like that in almost every day but it seems no one is being accused with a crime. Is it a crime ?
