How is Obama's war in Libya going? Wasn't it supposed to weeks not months?

We are spending a billion day now for five months with no end in site does the President want to pay this bill cause we the people of the USA cannot afford it. We cannot help every nation that needs help and we have to accept our limitations as a nation. It would be great to be God but that is HIs job.
