Is this fair? I need some advice please.?

I awoke this morning to find two tickets on my car. The weird thing is they are both for the same offense and were given on the same day by two different officers. So at 6:50 am today, one officer wrote me a parking ticket. Then at 9:10 am today, another officer wrote me another parking ticket for the same offense. Also, the parking tickets were for parking within 25 feet of a crosswalk, but I been parking in the same spot for 3 months now and was never issued a ticket for it. I've seen cops drive by and overlook my car. And everyone in my town (Perth Amboy, NJ) parks next to the crosswalk. I even noticed that there were other cars parked within 25 feet that were not given tickets. Is this fair? Can they really give me two ticket for the same offense on the same day? I need help please.
