Isn't George Lucas a sicko for showing in star wars?

Isn't George Lucas a sicko and perv for showing in star wars? In the empire strikes back, there is a scene when Luke and Princis Leia make out. After the make out scene, Luck kicks back with his arms around his head looking as if he enjoy it. I know that in the movie store line, they both didn't know that they were related, but still come on! In the story they are related and they made out! That's just sick! What the hell was George Lucas thinking?!
