Pros and Cons of Moving to Colorado from NJ?
Not terribly familiar with Louisville, CO in particular but the commute into Denver from the burbs is getting heavily congested. The area you are talking about is one of the fastest growing regions in the country. Also, keep in mind that the area you are talking about is near the mountans, but not directly in it them - you are at the edge of the Great Plains and these suburban areas are flat as a pancake. All that said, I like Colorado and you would be close to skiing and hiking in the Rockies. You definitely would be getting more for your money in terms of housing too.
