Question about a white racist and Hispanic women?

I live in a neighborhood we have white racist when he sees Hispanics he tell us go back to Mexico and come back legally, you get the point he no like Hispanics and let whole neighborhood know this. He always say this america speak english. My question in recent police sting decoy street walkers police put hot Hispanic police woman as bait to clean up bad part town, well the white racist arrested for solicitation he try to pick up Hispanic police woman. Do white racists secretly admire and find Hispanic women smoking hot but no admit it ?
