Would you be wrong to call this a rissole, potato mixed wi fish covered in bread crumbs?

Im also from yorkshire and its a fishcake not a rissole, i love potato scollops!!! In Halifax they call fish inside two slices of potatoe in batter a sandwich and in bradford and huddersfield its a cake!
